Accommodating every requirement
All accommodation is built to meet the current Australian Standard AS 1428 for accessibility, the NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation Design Standard and are certified for Fully Accessible and High Physical Support design categories. Each detail has been carefully considered, from automated keyless entry, low-mounted wall switches to video intercom and duress alarms. Plus, you can enjoy assistive technology at its very best. Speech control to operate blinds, lights, air-con and many more features.
A list of assistive technology items is available and can be tailored to each participant’s needs.
To be eligible for the NDIS, you must meet access requirements, such as
scheme availability in your area, your residency status, age and nature of
your disability.
