Apartments and villas offer either one or two bedrooms – All with ensuite bathrooms. They feature an open plan design allowing plenty of room to move. Private courtyards or balconies offering beautiful views and fresh, gentle breezes.

Enjoy premium security and participant protection. CCTV (video surveillance) placed throughout the complex, video intercom, state-of-the-art duress system, fire detection and fire sprinklers offer true peace of mind.

Automated features designed to meet participants needs. Enjoy automatic doors with keyless entry, plus automated blinds and doors to the bathroom and bedroom. There’s smart lighting, motorised kitchen cabinetry, a height-adjustable kitchen table, ceiling hoist for High Physical Support participants, and provision for other assistive technologies.
